Preparation of Methodology

The metodology is adapted to the technical demands and customers’ requests. A lot of attention is dedicated to the preparation as we are aware that you have to define every single stage already at the beginning of the tool draft to make a competitive and fault-free tool product. If needed, we use computer simulations by finite elements method.

Simulation of sheet-metal forming and numerical analysis

The numerical analysis is used for early-stage detection of critical points at sheet-metal forming and enables an overview of the tool forming process, a compensation of elastic sheet-metal alignment and a precise definition of platinum form. We identify and eliminate defects, such as breakage and folds, already in the draft phase. This way the quality and the reliability of the tools are garantied.


On the basis of customers’ demands we design constructions of various tools. The construction drawings are made in 3D CAD, which provides a good overview of the tools in all stages of the development. We use a high-performance CAD CATIA V5 and SolidWorks software and work together with our customers from the first draft of the product to the assembly of the tools.
